Apprentice's Tool Box
This traditionally designed and constructed tool box is made from ash using hand and machine tool methods of
work. The case is constructed with box or finger joints and a miter framed top and bottom panel, each with a
decorative molding . Both frames are joined to the case in a dado grove. The top is made using a floating tongue
and grove panel that stands proud and features a rounded edge. The top and case form tight seal.

Overall dimensions: 28 3/4” wide, 8 3/4" deep, 9 1/2” high

The interior is fitted with a single sliding till suitable for odds and ends and measures 15” wide by 6 1/4”
deep by 3” high.

A leather handle, brass hinges, and brass locking hardware add functionality to this tung oil finished
heirloom case. Corbels on the back support the open lid.
